Co-Op to Battlefield: Bad Company 2 in Onslaught Mode DLC
Stockholm, Sweden – May 12, 2010 – DICE, an Electronic Arts Inc. studio , today announced that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is expanding its award-winning multiplayer experience with the introduction of an all-new mode called ‘Onslaught’. This mode bring co-op game play to the Battlefield franchise for the first time on console. Coming soon, Onslaught mode will be available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace and on the PlayStation network, creating more reasons for players to check out the.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Onslaught mode can be played with up to four players across four multiplayer maps – Valparaiso, Atacama Desert, Isla Inocentes, and Nelson Bay – redesigned with fresh lights, time of day, added motor vehicle and other effects. Every map has a dedicated game play focus, requiring special levels of cooperation in order to complete the objectives against an onslaught of opponent AI. Vehicle warfare comes to the forefront in Atacama Desert while Nelson Bay focuses exactly on infantry assault. Players can fight in squads and check individual progress via the dedicated Onslaught leader boards.

HAWX 2 hunting this autumn
Ubisoft’s latest Tom Clancy – inspired sequel offering top-speed aerial combat on 360, PS3, Wii, and PC later this year.
Ubisoft took to the skies with the Tom Clancy series in 2009, and the first HAWX mission was apparently successful enough for a second. Calling out the original’s million-unit-plus performance, Ubisoft today said that Tom Clancy’s HAWX 2 will hop on a highway to the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and PC danger zone this fall.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood confirmed for fall
Ubisoft offered gamers a curious update on the Assassin’s Creed franchise in January, saying that the next “episode” in the series would introduce “an online multiplayer mode.” Though scant few other details on the project have been made available, Ubisoft has said that it will be a stand-alone product featuring Assassin’s Creed II protagonist Ezio. A URL registration from April also indicated that the game would be titled Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood.

Today, additional details about Assassin’s Creed’s journey into multiplayer emerged, courtesy of leaked GameStop promotional materials obtained by gaming blog Kotaku. “Live and breathe as Ezio, now a legendary master assassin, in his struggle against the Templar order. Lead your own brotherhood of assassins and strike at the heart of the enemy, Rome,” the promo reads.

Wife Simulator Now on Xbox 360
In Japan, Xbox 360 go the way in simulators (Idol Master), hostess simulators (Dream Club) and now wife simulators. Idea Factory has announced a Xbox game that lets players make and live with their perfect wife.
In My Wife: A Wife Just For You, you create a wife by selecting from five different individualities and bodily types. You can customize voice, name, and other. Personality and physical types include such categories as “childhood friend type,” “big sister type” and “little sister type.”
The game starts with “Lover Chapter,” where you meet your future wife in high school. Later, you’ll go forward to “Wife Chapter,” where you experience everyday day life with your spouse. You take part in mini games and enter special modes of play like “Dinner Mode” and “Sleep Together Mode.” The latter lay you and your wife in bed together for some close intimacy time.

The Sims 3 on XBox 360
Electronic Arts is Bringing one of its most popular PC franchises and moving it to consoles. The company announced The Sims 3 will now be heading to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, and Nintendo this coming fall.
The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions will include online functionality that allows players to share and download user-created content over the EA network, however, this is only available to those who purchase new copies of the game. A single-use code must be entered online before you can log in.
“We’re bringing players the best console and handheld game for The Sims franchise to date and are excited to offer a unique experience for all types of gamers on their platform of choice,” explained Sam Player, Executive Producer at EA.
