Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 First Look

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed may be the fastest selling title LucasArts has ever done, but I found the game to be largely disappointing. The game had entertaining moments, and I totally dug the way it connected the first and last three movies of the film franchise, but the gameplay felt unrefined, and became a grinding, repetitive affair.

The Best Star Wars Games Ever Made

IGN is counting down the top titles in a franchise nearly as old as gaming itself.

Since 1983, Star Wars fans have been living out their far-far-away galactic fantasies in games. At times, those experiences have been nearly as transcendent as watching the films. Other times, well, not really (but more on that later). As much as Empire altered Star Wars forever, some games have forever left their mark on fans of the epic series. And we’re here to decide, once and for all, which deserve to sit at the very top of the Star Wars gaming pantheon.

Star Wars The Clone Wars Republic Heroes Released

LucasArts today announced that Star Wars The Clone Wars Republic Heroes is now available for the Xbox 360.

Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes allows players to fight as both Jedi Knights and clone troopers through over 40 unique missions, all created from shared visual assets from the TV series. Featuring a brand-new storyline, players get the chance to take part in the key events that lead directly into the highly anticipated second season of the animated series, Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

 

Between seasons 1 and 2 of the animated Clone Wars series and will feature a wide range of playable heroes, including Anakin Skywalker, Ahsoka Tano, Ayla Secura, Plo Koon, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, and some of the clone trooper characters like Captain Rex and Commander Cody.
